SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Brillbird New Zealand ships in New Zealand ONLY.

  • We use NZ Courier Post for the majority of our shipping services.
  • Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
  • If you have any delivery instructions, please include these in your order.
  • Orders will be left in a safe place on delivery or taken to your local Post Office for pick-up. Bulky orders will need to be signed for on delivery.
  • Shipping time may take longer for rural/non-central areas
  • All New Zealand orders are exclusive of GST.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Above delivery times can vary based on time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, if the wrong address is provided Brillbird New Zealand does not offer refunds or replacements for this.
