Brillbird Australia ships to New Zealand ONLY. For Australia orders please go to http://www.brillbird.com.au

New Zealand orders

  • We use New Zealand Post for the majority of our shipping services.

  • Standard shipping will be posted out at the earliest available chance within the New Zealand Post timeframes. Occasionally delays happen, but every attempt will be made to post on the same day for ALL orders received before 12noon. After this they may be posted at the next business day.

  • Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

  • If you have any delivery instructions, please include these in your order.

  • Orders will be left in a safe place on delivery or taken to your local Post Office for pick-up. Bulky orders will need to be signed for on delivery.

  • Shipping time may take longer for rural/non-central areas.

Above delivery times can vary based on time of year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct delivery address, if the wrong address is provided Brillbird New Zealand does not offer refunds or replacements for this.
